To change your Spirit Studios user account password, go to our self-service password portal: https://password.spiritstudios.ac.uk

Enter your username and password (as described above), and then click Login.

The first time you login to the self-service password portal, you will be prompted to create two security questions (you’ll need to click on the ‘Click here’ button in the dialog box that appears if accessing via a desktop computer).  This will enable you to reset your password in the future should you forget it. Don’t share your choice of questions and answers with anyone.

Once you’ve filled out all fields, click on Next or Enrol (depending on what type of device you are using).  You’ve now successfully enrolled with the self-service password portal.

Click Change Password.  Enter your temporary password in the Old Password field, followed by your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, before clicking Change.  You should then receive a notification that your password has been changed.  This is now your Spirit Studios password.

Sign-out of the self-service password portal.  You can return to this site should you ever need to reset your password, change your password or unlock your account.
