You can reserve items via Cheqroom on any computer or mobile device.  with COVID-19, students aren't able to use the iPads located in reception to make reservations.

1. Book the facility you wish to use via the Stingray Student Portal. 
2. Via Cheqroom, make a reservation for the items that you wish to use for the duration of the facility booking. Ensure the dates and times of your bookings match exactly. 
3. When you arrive at Spirit Studios reception for your studio booking, the studio assistant will convert your item reservations into a booking before passing the items to you.

Note that you don’t need to make a reservation for items in advance if you don’t want to. You could use your mobile device in reception to make a reservation prior to collecting the facility key.

Reservations work on a first-come first-serve basis. An item will be unavailable to you if someone else has already reserved it for the time slot(s) you requested.
