If you can login to any Spirit Studios service (Excluding Stingray/Student Portal), then you are using the correct password.  Ensure you are entering your six-digit student ID number as your username, not your @spiritstudios.ac.uk email address.

If you still can't login, please open a new ticket under the Technical Support Centre help topic.  Technical staff will then look into the issue.
